    Coach Lucas

    Hi! I am Coach Lucas. I teach Physical Education to all Creekside 5th graders. I hae been teaching PE at Creekside for 5 years. I encourage my students to engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. I hope to see you back at school soon. Stay safe and healthy! Coach Lucas

    Coach Bice

    Hi! I am Coach Bice. I am the 6th Grade Physical Education Coach at Creekside School. I also coach football and baseball at Harris County High School. Please try to find time to safely exercise each day. Do a warm up routine that we normally do, or choose one of the activities below. Stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all when we return.   • - Warm Ups-

    Hey students! Don't forget that part of solid education is incorporating physical activity to get the mind and body going! Here are some warm ups below that you can do after you finish your schoolwork!

    Warms Ups

    Run 2 Laps- 2 minutes

     

    Side Shuffle 2 laps- 2 minutes

     

    Push Ups- 10 times

     

    Planks- hold for 30 seconds

     

    Side Jumps- 1 minute

     

    Jumping Jacks- 10 times
